Hi my name is Debbie. I am a mum of 3 young children and absolutely love helping others achieve their fitness potential. I have over 10 years of experience as a Mental Health Nurse and so understand how beneficial physical activity is to improve your mental health and well-being. I qualified as a Personal Trainer during my time as a nurse and since having children, now devote my time to helping others gain confidence and achieve their fitness goals.
Running is my passion but I also love to cycle. I love adventure, exploring and am a finisher of many events/distances up to 50k.
I provide PT support and run coaching to those who want to improve their fitness, whether it be to run for 10 minutes or achieve an Ultra Marathon, to move better, prevent injury or increase mobility. My biggest reward is seeing people grow in confidence and beginners often see the biggest changes.
I am the founder of a runninging community Mole Valley Runners, an affiliated club with England Athletics, who became runners-up for Club of the year in the South East 2020. I am currently involved in setting up the National Running Club for the National Running Show (NRS). I am also an NRS Ambassador.
My coaching and classes take place in the stunning surroundings of Mole Valley and the Surrey Hills but also my home gym.
