Hi my name is Debbie. I am a mum of 3 young children and absolutely love helping others achieve their fitness potential. I have over 10 years experience as a Mental Health Nurse and so understand how beneficial physical activity is to improving your mental health and well-being. I qualified as a Personal Trainer during my time as a nurse and since having children, now devote my time to helping others gain confidence and achieve their fitness goals.
I am a qualified HiiT, Kettlercise, Circuit instructor, Level 3 pre/post-natal Instructor and a Coach in Running Fitness with England Athletics.
Running is my passion, having completed 2 marathons and countless half marathons, as well as other races. I provide PT support and run coaching to those who want to improve their running fitness, whether it be to run for 10 minutes or achieve a marathon.
I run a successful running community Mole Valley Runners, an affiliated club with England Athletcis, which provides a hub of support to many runners.
My classes and runs take place in the stunning surroundings of
Mole Valley and the Surrey Hills.
