  • Whether it's preparing for a special occasion, recovering from injury, regaining strength post-baby, working towards your first 5k, 10k, half marathon, marathon, ultra, just get fitter, stronger, reduce or recover injury, return to running, or wanting to gain confidence and kick start a healthier lifestyle, I'm here to help every step of the way.

  • For Run Coaching, you will receive a full running assessment to examine your current technique at your initial consultation. 

  • Athlete Profiling and gait analysis.  (An initial one-off 60min session discussing goals and targets on a 1:1.  
  • Assessment of agility, balance, coordination, and running technique
  • Functional & Dynamic Movement Skills will compliment PT and Run Coaching and can be included in your ongoing program or have it as a stand-alone program

  • We'll set realistic targets together. 

  • You'll receive varied workouts to keep you motivated with plenty of positivity but most of all we'll have fun

  • Pay monthly for either a basic or advanced package with and ongoing support throughout.

  • Sessions can be in person or online
