For Run Coaching you will receive a full running assessment to examine your current technique at your initial consultation.

You can also choose to include a Dynamic Movement Skills Assessment to compliment PT and Run Coaching and include this in your ongoing program or have it as a stand alone program.

You'll receive varied workouts to keep you motivated with plenty of positivity but most of all we'll have fun
