  • Programs are bespoke, tailor made just for you to help you achieve your fitness goals.  

  • Whether it's preparing for a special occasion, recovering from injury, regaining strength post baby, working towards a 10k, half marathon, marathon, ultra or wanting to gain confidence and kick start a healthier lifestyle, I'm here to help every step of the way.

  • For Run Coaching you will receive a full running assessment to examine your current technique at your initial consultation. 

  • You can also choose to include a Dynamic Movement Skills Assessment to compliment PT and Run Coaching and include this in your ongoing program or have it as a stand alone program.

  • We'll set realistic targets together. 

  • You'll receive varied workouts to keep you motivated with plenty of positivity but most of all we'll have fun

  • 6,12 or 16 sessions/week blocks with a full personalised program and ongoing support throughout.
