Service Description

A 45min session designed to help individuals move better, get stronger, be faster. An initial muscle activation warm-up followed by Dynamic Movement Skills is essential for improving balance, coordination, agility, speed & power from the feet up. The session will include High-Intensity Interval Training, with bodyweight-only exercises, using kettlebells and other equipment. Varied, fun, effective!

Cancellation Policy

If you cannot make a session you can reschedule up to 24 hours prior to the session. No refunds will be issued for no shows or late cancellations. A clients attending sessions must complete a health questionnaire and Covid Declaration form. Those for purchasing packages, a client profile must be completed also. All of which can be found in the main drop header of the website.
